The Planets Mercury and Venus are close to Earth...Mercurial and Venusian. Sound romantic?

Spring Time Signs Together. Easy to Romp, but not to Stomp..Talk About Temper.

Taurus can stand and be “firm” all day long.

Gemini can fly in orbits around its combatant, so as to cause limitless confusion.

Gemini hates to fight, and Taurus wants to end things quickly, loving peace.

So Gemini should Learn When Taurus might get its back up!

And Taurus should not react to Gemini Sniping.

Playful Twins, Sun on their Foreheads, Gaze at the Gate as the Taurus Lumbers Toward Them.

The Bull and the Twins

We will continue this series thinking about and commenting on Taurus and Gemini. They just sound right, Don't they?

These two signs are right next to each other in the munificence of spring time energy. So they share that love of creative bursting post-winter power. However, they issues will arise.

Fixed Earth -- Mutable Air

Taurus is a fixed earth sign. Gemini is mutable air. Summed up - Taurus is determined and hard working and wants to stay put. Gemini, the “Tinkerbelle” like sign, electrical, and in constant motion could hardly be more contrasting. Yet, they both have special charm and offerings for each other.

The question for each other is actually quite plain. The Taurus, in the simplicity and certainty with which they like to view things, can ask itself: “Do I like all that mercury – spinning fast and full of change? Would I like more conversation in my life?” The Gemini can ask itself: “Am I after some solidarity? Do I want some stability, and predictability?” Taurus tends to tire of Gemini “instability” and Gemini tends to look down on Taurus talent and call it “old school”. It is in these basic differences where the outcome would lie. At a business level, you can see Gemini in sales and public relations and Taurus in systems and production. So there is harmony there.

However, opposing elements do arise.. Taurus is a fixed earth sign. Gemini is mutable air. Summed up - Taurus is determined and hard working and wants to stay put. Gemini, the “Tinkerbelle” like sign, electrical, and in constant motion could hardly be more contrasting.

Positive Postulate:

If you come up with a “positive postulate” it could be drawn quite easily. They both can use each other’s talents; and neither would tend to get in the way of each other’s work. Without elbows bumping and liking the tune the other is playing, this partnership could end up nice and balanced. They could be a fun and happy, sociable and networking kind of couple. Especially in public, they would probably make a handsome pair, one letting the other talk, but both smiling and enjoying life and the flow of circulation, as they coursed through the body politic.

Romance Recommendation:

Initially, Taurus would probably find Gemini scintillating and even fascinating. After a time though, Taurus would realize that yes, Gemini is thrilling and interesting, but that was according to form. Taurus could tire of that, and also want more visceral gutsy kind of attention and love. Taurus is romantic and sensual and also needs a more “committed” response. Gemini’s art can be lost, if Taurus grows tired. Gemini can also see Taurus as predictable and demanding. So, if both get “edgy” in the romantic realm, it could lead to a lack of fulfillment.

Conflict Quotient:

Watching a fight between these two could lead to a “soap opera”. “I know you think you understand, what you think I said, but you don’t understand that what I said, is not what I meant.” Taurus can stand and be “firm” all day long. Gemini can fly in orbits around its combatant, so as to cause limitless confusion. Gemini hates to fight, and Taurus wants to end things quickly, loving peace. But still the particular styles of each sign could lead the two to squabbles that take on big proportions. They should try not to let disputatious tendencies rule.

Peace Parlay:

Life in the end is repetitive and mundane, and so is Romance itself. This factor asks the question: "Can we be bored together over the long term?" The advantage for Taurus here is that they love to be at rest and at peace, but their partner Gemini would tend to add zest, pepper, salt, ginger and garlic just to make the ordinary dishes more entertaining.

Gemini, with its love of variety and hatred for the humdrum would tend to make its life more interesting, just waking up in the morning. However, as the years passed, Gemini might find Taurus tedious and/or just plain dull. They could work on this if they wanted to, but Gemini is not famous for patience of this kind.

Keep Up The Interest Graph:

Gemini would tend to like a new way home, a new dish, a different vacation, a new class at night, or a different nightclub. Taurus tends to like the groove that has always worked. Taurus validates habitual patterns and endorses the idea that if it was good once, it could be better the next time. Taurus would probably benefit from Gemini in this category. Gemini might tire of always being the one who wants to “go to a Thai joint, instead of a steak place”.

Seven Year Itchiness:

There are some signs that by their nature are more stable in their love interests and family concerns as time goes on. Others are not. The 7 Year Itch could have been named by a Gemini. They see change, variety and new horizons as a staple of life. This does not mean that they are promiscuous or love less than others, it’s just that their outlook on life leads them to look in other directions. Taurus, if truly unhappy could be tempted, but their conservative approach to life could moderate here.

RATING:

ASTROCOMPATIBILITY POSSIBILITY RATING: 70% Positive Long Term - 60% Short Term. Though initial sparks might be generated, they might not actually start a fire that would constitute a short term relationship. However, there are enough complementary elements there that it could definitely sparkle. As the relationship continued through time, they could resolve differences and build up their similarities of interest and values. The lack of harmony could be there, but it is mild. The similarities that might be in the individual chart, and the fact that signs that are next to each other, often means they share a Mercury or a Venus. This could be positive.

It is true --- However Complimentary They are, They do Juxtapose Contrary Energies

Taurus is a fixed earth sign. Gemini is mutable air.

Summed up -

Taurus is determined and hard working and wants to stay put.

Gemini, the “Tinkerbelle” like sign, electrical, and in constant motion could hardly be more contrasting.
